Marktech Optoelectronics to Introduce photodetectors at Photonics West

New detector products join Marktech's range of emitter sensors

Marktech Optoelectronics, a manufacturer of sensors and InP epiwafers, has announced that it will introduce a new line of photodetectors at the SPIE Photonics West Conference to be held in San Francisco's Moscone Center, February 7-12, 2015.

Marktech's new photodetector products will be manufactured in its recently opened California facility. Products include a large assortment of detector products ranging from 250nm to 2.6µm including specialty photodetectors (GaP Schottky), InGaAs PIN photodiodes, InP  PIN photodiodes, standard photovoltaic silicon photodiodes, silicon phototransistors,  and silicon avalanche photodiodes,

Mark Campito, CEO of Marktech stated: "For 30 years we have been focused on the emission side of sensors. Our new California facility allows us a to offer our customers a large selection of both standard and custom detectors for complete solutionsfrom one source."

The photodetectors join Marktech's range of emitter sensors ranging from deep UV 280nm to 1720nm short wave infrared and InGaAs/InP epitaxial wafers from 1.0 to 2.6µm.
