New Ultra Wideband 0.5W GaAs Distributed Driver Amplifier Operates from DC - 30 GHz with High Linearity

News
Custom MMIC, a developer of performance driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), has released the CMD292, a new wideband Distributed Driver Amplifier MMIC.

CMD292 delivers 13 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm and output IP3 of +33 dBm at 15 GHz. The CMD292 features a positive gain slope over frequency, easing broadband designs when flat gain profile is desired.

The CMD292 is a pad-compatible replacement for the Analog Device product, HMC994 and ideally suited for applications requiring broad bandwidth, high output power and high linearity.
