Lund, Sweden. EPIGRESS AB, a member of the AIXTRON group, is pleased to announce the sale of a VP2000HT Planetary Reactorâ (7x2") to Sterling Semiconductor, Inc., Sterling, VA, USA. Sterling will produce SiC epitaxial wafers for SiC electronic devices with the VP2000 HT reactor because of its proven production capability with excellent uniformity and high efficiency. The VP2000HT is the latest SiC-CVD version of the AIX2000HT Planetary Reactorâ family.
