ANADIGICS Introduces First in a New Product Line of Gain Block Amplifiers for Cable & Wireless Infrastructure Systems
New 50 Ohm Gain Block Amplifier from ANADIGICS provides high linearity for Wireless applications
Warren, NJ. ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq:ANAD), a leading supplier of wireless and broadband communications solutions, has announced the launch of the AGB3301, the first device in a new product line of Gain Block Amplifiers designed for use in environments requiring very high linearity, low noise and low distortion.
The AGB3301 is ideal for transmit and receive paths in 50(OMEGA) wireless applications, such as Cellular Base Stations, WLL and MMDS, all of which require highly linear components.

Consuming less than 1 Watt of power, the AGB3301 Gain Block Amplifier provides an industry-leading +45 dBm output IP3. A typical gain of 14 dB and a low 2.4 dB noise figure further complement the performance of this part. The device operates over a frequency range of 250 to 3000 MHz, at supply voltages between +5 and +10 Volts, and at temperatures from -40 to +85 degrees C.
The AGB3301 is housed in an SOT-89 surface mount package, and is priced at $4.50 in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Samples of the device are available now.
