New Relays from NEC (GaAs News New Devices)

Santa Clara, CA. NEC has introduced new relays for use in telecommunications switching, ATE, industrial control and factory automation. Available from CEL, the PS7341B-1B telecom switch combines low output capacitance and Ron value with 400 V breakdown voltage. The one channel device features GaAs LEDs on the input side and MOSFETs on the output side. The PS7200R-1A relay is suited to general high-speed switching applications and features a low capacitance and low current leakage (10 nA typical), for a breakdown voltage of 40 V.
