Agilent releases new E-PHEMT products (New Devices)
Santa Clara, CA. Agilent has introduced a new small-signal E-PHEMT, the first in a family of transistors for GSM and W-CDMA systems and other applications up to 6 GHz. The ATF-54143 eliminates the negative voltage supply, and can be used as LNAs in applications that benefit from the space and power savings afforded by a single positive supply voltage. The noise figure is typically 0.45 dB at 2 GHz, increasing to 0.9 dB at 5 GHz. www.agilent.com
