Qualcomm delivers W-CDMA solution (New Devices)
San Diego, CA. Qualcomm CDMA Technologies has introduced a W-CDMA power amplifier module for IMT-2000 (19201980 MHz) applications. The PA5200 contains all components including Mobile Station Modem baseband, transmit and receive processors. Based on RFMD s GaAs HBT process, the module is offered in a 6 7.5 mm2 13-pin land grid array package and includes bias control and compensation. The module delivers 27 dBm linear output with 26 dB gain. www.qualcomm.com
