Nimtec changes to Nikko Materials (Materials and equipment)
Nimtec has changed its name to Nikko Materials. Based in Chandler, AZ, Nikko Materials is a supplier of InP and CdTe wafers for a range of compound semiconductor applications, and manufactures high-purity metals, sputtering targets and anodes. The company says the change reflects the wish of parent company Japan Energy Corporation to bring its subsidiaries under the Nikko Materials banner.
