Aeronex GPS reaches purity standards (Product Showcase)

Aeronex s new Infinity Gas Purification System (GPS) features a continuous supply of pure gas at sub-ppb contaminant levels, and is designed to meet the standards required for high purity gas used in the fabrication of blue, green and white LEDs. The Infinity GPS purifies ammonia, hydrogen and inert gases of contaminants such as H2O, O2, CO, CO2 and hydrocarbons from process gases and liquid bulk sources. Designed with two purifier beds in parallel, a continuous supply of purified gas is guaranteed without interruption for replacement of a saturated or spent purifier bed. The inorganic media operates at room temperature and handles high flows at very low pressure, a requirement for MOCVD production equipment. The system allows each vessel to be purified while the other is in service.
