Fujitsu releases three-stage MMICs (New Devices)

WIRELESS PRODUCTS San Jose, CA Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor has developed a three-stage power MMIC for VSAT applications in the 13.7514.5 GHz range. The FMM5051VF offers a linear gain of 31.5 dB and 31.5 dBm output power, and is housed in a metal-ceramic hermetic package (see ). Three new three-stage GaAs MMIC PAs are also available for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint radio-link applications in the 17.523.6 GHz frequency range. The FMM5815X is a high-linearity amplifier operating in the 17.520.0 GHz range with an output power of 31 dBm and power gain of 21 dB. The FMM5805GJ-1 covers the 17.719.7 GHz band with an output power of 31 dBm and gain of 20 dB. Finally, the FMM5811GJ-1 is a wideband amplifier designed for the 17.723.6 GHz range. The device features an output power of 24.5 dBm and power gain of 15.0 dB. www.fcsi.fujitsu.com
