Reliability Testing Just Got Easier!
AARTS is a turnkey system used to determine life expectancy of RF & microwave devices. The system performs multi-dimensional dynamic testing that automatically performs three-temperature life tests and characterizes devices to specified test-parameters during aging/burn-in. Each part can be independently stimulated for large-signal RF, channel-temperature, and DC electrical parameters using a powerful graphical interface. AARTS is functionally capable of in-situ testing GaN, SiC, GaAs, SiGe, InP, LDMOS, and other RF power-device technologies.
