Veeco holds User Meeting in Taiwan
Veeco will continue to hold User Meetings in Taiwan to help Taiwan’s LED industry with its growth and future developments
Veeco yesterday held a meeting in Hsinchu, Taiwan for Taiwan-based LED epitaxy manufacturers. The aim was to discuss new developments and share experiences in product usage report. Companies attending included Epistar.
Veeco unveiled its latest MOCVD reactor, the K465i and its M & I inspection series, which is suited to LED morphology assessment.
The development strategy for the expansion of LED production capability which is set to commence in 2011 was also outlined. LED manufacturers in Taiwan have started growing 4” LEDs and as such manufacturing capacity is a primary concern.
