New order for the molecular beam epitaxy market leader
RIBER, announces the sale of two research systems.
RiBER has received a new order for MBE systems. It concerns the supplying of two Epineat systems connected to a central automated "cluster".
The systems from the Epineat range represent the most efficient solution for developing or producing compound semiconductor materials on 4-inch substrates. The "cluster", a recent technological innovation by RIBER, makes it possible to automatically move the substrates from various pieces of equipment in an ultra-vacuum environment at all times, allowing significant benefits in productivity and performances.
This new order, to be delivered on 2012, confirms the relevance of RIBER's business model and strategy, focused on:
• Continuing to further strengthen RIBER's leadership on the market for molecular beam epitaxy machines;
• Capitalizing on the installed base and growing sales of epitaxy equipment, spare parts and accessories, as well as the corresponding services;
• Releasing a range of high value-added equipment and services on the market for strong-growth application fields (thin-layer solar cells, OLED lighting and screens, etc.).
