RF Micro Devices AJ Nadler announced as guest speaker at CS International Conference, Frankfurt

CS International are pleased to announce A.J. Nadler, General Manager, Research Development and Engineering, RF Micro Devices (RFMD) has been confirmed as a guest speaker for the Compound Semiconductor industry's premier international event, CS International, which will be held in Frankfurt, Germany on 4th & 5th March 2013. His presentation will focus on Gallium Nitride for High Voltage Power Electronics.
In this role, he is responsible for extending RFMD’s industry-leading compound semiconductor technologies and manufacturing capabilities into high-performance power conversion applications. 

Mr. Nadler has nearly 30 years of experience in the electronics industry as Design Engineer, R&D Principal Investigator, and Business Unit General Manager.  

Prior to joining RFMD in 1994, he was employed by Harris Corporation.  He is a 1983 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Mr Nadler will join the two day event with speakers coming from a wide range of organisations including leaders from Intel Corporation,Aixtron, , EpiStar, TriQuint Semiconductor and over 25 other leading chipmakers giving their perspective on the latest developments in device technology.

Professionals from around the world will attend this two day event to hear key insights and opportunities, from a range of leading analysts, and learn of the latest chip developments in LEDs, solar cells, lasers and power and RF electronics.

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with leading industry professionals of the III-V chip making industry and interact with suppliers.
