天合光能刷新纪录

天合光能有限公司宣布,其光伏科学与技术国家重点实验室一个高效率多晶硅光伏组件已经创下了一项功率输出的æ-°ä¸-界纪录。

经第三æ-¹TÜV Rheiland(莱茵)权威认证机构测试,天合光能的Honey Plus 多晶硅光伏组件达到了一个æ-°çš„输出功率记录"”"”324.5Wp。这个结果标志着一个æ-°çš„多晶硅组件的ä¸-界纪录问ä¸-,此多晶硅组件是由天合光能有限公司开发,由60个高效的Honey Plus 多晶硅电池(156à—156mm2)组成,运用了包括背表面é'åŒ-å'Œåº”用于局部背表面电场在内的先进生产技术, 此多晶硅组件目前正在试生产。
