Manz集团刷新CIGS(铜铟镓硒)太阳能电池组件效率世界纪录

Manz集团将在"上海SNEC第九届(2015)国际太阳能产业及光伏工程展览会"ä¸ŠæŽ¨å‡ºå…¶å“越的最新CIGS薄膜太阳能组件,该组件的转换效率突破16%,刷新了世界纪录。至此,Manz成功拓展技术新维度,进一步缩小了与当下依然盛行的多晶硅技术之间存在的效率差距。

2014年秋,Manz独家研发合作伙伴德国巴登符腾堡州太阳能与氢能研究中心(Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research of Baden-Wuerttemberg,简称ZSW)成功创下CIGS电池实验室转换效率21.7%的新世界纪录,再次展示了CIGS技术与晶硅太阳能电池技术相比所具有的优越性。而现在Manz又在其位于施韦比施哈尔市(Schwäbisch Hall)的CIGS创新生产线上,成功量产出刷新世界纪录的CIGS组件,进一步证实了Manz的量产设备有着优越的技术,这一新成果的意义更显非凡。

此次效率显著提升主要得益于Manz在共蒸镀工艺中于玻璃基板上应用了新一代CIGS半导体材料。且新的CIGS组件设计为一创新技术,能增加发电的有效面积,还能持续减少光学损失。
