GaAs Labs extends latest Anadigics offer
Increased $0.58 per share offer to expire on January 25th
GaAs Labs has extended the offering period of its previously announced tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Anadigics.
The tender offer of $0.58 per share, which was previously scheduled to expire at 11:59pm (New York City time) on January 8, 2016, has been extended until 11:59pm (New York City time) on January 25, 2016, unless further extended.
GaAs Labs offered $0.58 on January 4th to match that of competing bidder (Party A) announced on December 30, 2015.
On January 5, 2016, Party A further increased its per-share offer price to $0.62.
