Sivers Semis posts strong Q2 results

Revenue reflects a 38 percent increase YoY and 39 percent YTD increase over 2024

Sivers Semiconductors AB, a Swedish photonics and wireless tech company, has announced a strong quarter with significant Q2 2025 results.

Q2 2025 revenue totalled €6.4m (SEK 72.4m), reflecting a 38 percent increase YoY and 39 percent YTD increase over 2024. Adjusted EBITDA improved by 32 percent YoY and 45 percent YTD. Wireless business unit revenues grew by 71 percent YoY, continuing its growth trajectory over multiple quarters.

Business highlights include securing a laser development contract with a new strategic photonics customer targeting AI, HPC and data centre applications with high-performance laser arrays; winning a contract from aiRadar to develop advanced 28 GHz antenna module for defence applications; and joining the DIFI Consortium to advance satellite network interoperability among ground terminals

The company has also renewed debt financing with a US headquartered bank to support growth strategy

We continue to execute well to our revenue generating projects in satcom and fixed wireless access, while making solid progress in our partnership with WIN Semiconductors to ramp up our process and product designs for our photonics laser arrays and aimed at AI data centres.” said Vickram Vathulya, CEO of Sivers Semiconductors.
