Integra to exhibit at IMS2026

Company to showcase 10kW HV GaN/SiC RF power solutions

Integra Technologies, a California-based RF and microwave high-power semiconductor company, will be exhibiting at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS2026), taking place June 7–12, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Integra will show two of its latest industry first products: 10 kW 150V HV GaN/SiC transistor operating at UHF and a 10 kW 150V HV GaN/SiC transistor operating at UHF L-Band — new performance standards that redefine what is possible for solid-state vacuum electron device replacements and other applications.

The company will also exhibit its latest generation of RF pallets — solutions engineered to solve demanding RF high-power challenges across UHF, L-band, S-band, C-band, and beyond.

These plug-and-play pallet platforms reduce design time and accelerate time-to-market for OEMs designing high-performance radar, scientific, avionics, industrial, air traffic control, medical systems and high-power microwave/directed energy systems.

Rounding out the exhibit, Integra will highlight its HV GaN/SiC pallet-amplifiers with integrated digital control. By combining the power density of HV GaN/SiC technology with digital control interfaces, these pallet-amplifiers offer high integration, efficiency, and operational flexibility.
