Altum RF to show latest tech at EuMW 2026
Altum RF, a supplier of high-performance RF to mmWave semiconductors, will be at EuMW 2026, at EXCEL in London, 4th October 2026 – 9th October 2026.
The company will show featured products and technical expertise. Experts on the booth will answer questions about specific products, future plans and decades of experience designing and delivering RF, microwave and mmWave semiconductors.
With over 40+ GaAs and GaN MMICs from X-band to over 100 GHz, Altum RF will feature several products at EuMW, including new components for satcom, telecommunication (with E-band), radar, and test and measurement markets.
Highlights include Altum RF’s E-band family of power amplifiers (PAs) and low noise amplifiers (LNAs) for demanding mmWave telecom and SATCOM applications. These offer high output power and gain for longer-range links. The E-band PAs include an on-chip integrated power detector.
These devices include the ARF1221Q2 which is a 6 - 18 GHz LNA with 1 dB NF in a QFN package; the ARF1224Q2 is a DC -18 GHz LNA with 1.6 dB NF at 10 GHz in a QFN package; the ARF1200Q2 is a 22 - 31.5 GHz LNA with 22 dB linear gain in a QFN package; the ARF1120Q3 is a 15 - 24 GHz driver amplifier with 22 dBm output P1dB in a QFN package; the ARF1121Q3 is a 27 - 31 GHz driver amplifier with 22 dBm output P1dB in a QFN package; the ARF1018 is a 71-79 GHz E-band PA with 1.8 W Psat as a bare die; the ARF1019 is a 81-86 GHz E-band PA with 1.6 W Psat as a bare die; the ARF1206 is a 71-86 GHz LNA with 2.5-3.5 dB NF from 71-86 GHz as a bare die; and the ARF1206L5 is a 71-86 GHz LNA with 3dB NF at 71 GHz in a 5x5mm package.
