Compant's technology features in the powertrain of BMW’s Gen 6 'Neue Klasse' EVs
BMW’ is using Rohm Semiconductor's SiC devices are being in its 'Neue Klasse' electric powertrain systems.
"The integration of our SiC MOSFETs into BMW’s Gen 6 of electric vehicles – better known as Neue Klasse – highlights Rohm's technological expertise in automotive power electronics," says Wolfram Harnack, president of Rohm Semiconductor GmbH.
