PANJIT highlights power portfolio at electronica India 2026
PANJIT Group is bringing its latest automotive, industrial, and power management solutions to electronica India 2026, taking place September 16–18 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru, India.
The lineup includes power devices, motor control ICs, and advanced packaging technologies. Building on its longstanding presence in India, PANJIT continues to strengthen ties with local customers and partners.
As India’s automotive electronics, industrial automation, and electronics manufacturing sectors grow, PANJIT says its comprehensive portfolio helps customers improve system efficiency, reliability, and design flexibility.
Featured products include U-Series wide-SOA MOSFETs, with an enhanced safe operating area (SOA) to handle high transient currents and power dissipation in hot-swap and other demanding power management applications. Gen. 3 MOSFETs combine low on-resistance, low power losses, and excellent switching performance for automotive applications such as smart fuses and electric power steering (EPS).
Advanced packaging technologies include double-sided cooling to improve thermal performance and side-wettable flanks (SWF) to support solder joint quality and automated optical inspection (AOI), meeting automotive and industrial requirements for high power density and long-term reliability.
PANJIT’s IC solutions include motor control ICs for oil pumps, water pumps, dexterous hands, power tools, and electronically commutated (EC) fans, alongside piezoelectric drivers and boost converters. Integrated control, drive, protection, and communication functions simplify system design and improve efficiency and reliability. A live oil and water pump demonstration at the booth uses visible fluid flow to showcase the smooth and efficient control performance of PANJIT’s All-in-One BLDC motor driver IC. Featuring a 40 V voltage rating, sinusoidal FOC control, I²C/UART (LIN) interfaces, and AEC-Q100 qualification, the solution gives visitors a closer look at its capabilities in automotive and industrial applications.
SiC MOSFETs also support high efficiency and power density in high-voltage, high-power automotive and industrial power systems.
