Altum RF to exhibit at IMS 2021

New products featured include two 27 to 31.5 GaN power amplifier MMICs
Altum RF, a supplier of high-performance RF to mm-wave semiconductor solutions will be at the IMS2021 in-person event to be held June 8th to 9th in the Georgia World Conference Center Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Altum RF will exhibit featured products and provide technical expertise. Company leaders will be in the booth to answer questions about specific products, future plans and their decades of expertise designing and delivering RF, microwave and mm-wave semiconductors.
New products featured include two 27 to 31.5 GaN power amplifier MMICs, with the ARF1013 delivering 6W output power and the ARF1014 achieving 12W output power.
Both devices have excellent output return loss of typically 12 dB. Additional new products, product brochures, videos, and technical support will be also be on show.
Secure Your Hydrogen Supply
A study supply of high-purity hydrogen is critical to semiconductor fabrication. Supply chain interruptions are challenging manufacturers, leading to production slowdowns and stoppages. On-site hydrogen generation offers a scalable alternative for new and existing fabs, freeing the operator from dependence on delivered gas.Plant managers understand the critical role that hydrogen plays in semiconductor fabrication. That important job includes crystal growth, carrier gas, wafer annealing, and in the emerging Extreme UV Lithography (EUV) that will enable new generations of devices. As the vast need for semiconductors grows across all sectors of world economies, so does the need for high-purity hydrogen.
Take control with Nel on-site hydrogen generation.
