Obducat announces SiC processing order
Microcluster Track Wet Processing tool order valued at $668K (7.1 million SEK)
Obducat AB, a supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received a major order for the supply of a fully automated Microcluster Track Wet Processing Tool.
The order value amounts to approximately $668K (7.1 million SEK).
The fully automated Microcluster Track Wet tool will be used for cleaning processes for SiC-substrates.
The system will be delivered in the first quarter 2023.
