PowerAmerica at ECCE 2022 in Detroit
Sessions will focus on wide bandgap power semiconductors
PowerAmerica will be running sessions on wide bandgap power semis at the ECCE 2022 meeting in Detroit, USA (9th and 13th October.
There are two key sessions as follows:
Monday, Oct. 10 at 12:30 p.m. Room 141 – SP01: SiC and GaN Applications in Electric Vehicles: Current Issues
Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 8:30 a.m. Room 142 A/B – SP05: New Development in Wide Bandgap Bi-directional Switches and Applications
These sessions are part of PowerAmerica's ongoing effort to highlight the work of PowerAmerica members and the importance of GaN and SiC technology to the power electronics ecosystem.
