Tektronix to show latest test kit at PCIM 2023

News

SiC MOSFET and GaN FET switching power converter analysis kit to be featured

Tektronix will be showing its latest test and measurement products and software for power electronics at PCIM Europe 2023 (7th to 9th May, Nuremberg, Germany).

One of the highlights is a SiC MOSFET and GaN FET switching power converter analysis kit, which includes patented probe technology to accurately characterise all the critical parameters for optimising power electronics topologies that use SiC and GaN.

The company's stand will also feature dedicated power workstations focused on various applications. These include dynamic switching power conversion signals analysis; wide bandgap double pulse test measurement solutions; characterisation of power semiconductor devices with parameter curve tracers; and general power design solutions for bench automation, including battery modelling and characterisation

Tektronix will deliver three presentations: Testing Power Semiconductor Components; Test & Measurement Evolution in a Large-scale EV Adoption Scenario; and Double Pulse Testing Solution for Wide Bandgap Based Fast Switching Power Design.
