Aixtron receives Gold Supplier award
BOE HC SemiTek awards company for microLED collaboration
Deposition company Aixtron has received the Gold Supplier Award from display company BOE HC SemiTek for their collaboration in the field of microLED technology.
The partnership between the two companies spans over 19 years, dating back to the early 2000s. Since 2022, the companies have had a closer collaboration, focusing on 150mm GaN and AsP materials for the development of microLED technologies.
BOE HC SemiTek operates multiple Aixtron GaN and GaAs tools tailored for display LED applications. It has made multiple repeat orders for the tools in preparation of a volume ramp of microLED products.
