Fujitsu researcher wins CS Mantech award
Fujitsu's Toshihide Kikkawa has won this year's CS Mantech best paper award for his development of reliable GaN HEMTs.
Fujitsu researcher Toshihide Kikkawa has won a prize for his CS Mantech paper "Recent progress of highly-reliable GaN HEMTs for mass production".
Kikkawa's paper, which is co-authored by Kenji Imanishi, Masahito Kanamura, and Kazukiyo Joshin, details the various failure mechanisms that can occur in GaN HEMTs and outlines methods to prevent them.
