Monocrystal wins Russian industrial award
Monocrystal, a supplier of sapphire products for LED and metallisation pastes for solar industries, has received the national industrial award of the Russian Federation 'Industria-2018'.
The award ceremony took place during International Industrial Expo Innoprom-2018 in Ekaterinburg on July 9. The award was given by Vice-Prime Minister Dmitriy Kozak.
The Industria-2018 award was established in 2014 by Ministry of industry and trade of Russia in order to promote the introduction of advanced technologies in industrial production, public recognition of best practices of Russian companies in the field of industrial development.
The award was given the status of governmental in 2015. The award nominees are evaluated according to 4 main criteria: technological novelty, economic effect, cross-sectoral nature of the project and focus on the global market.
