Crystal IS will show latest UVC LEDs at Photonics West 2017
Crystal IS, a US developer of UVC LEDs, will be showing products for disinfection and spectroscopic applications at SPIE Photonics West, being held at Moscone Center in San Francisco from January 28th to February 2nd, 2017.
At the conference, Crystal IS will highlight its new commercial product line targeting higher power applications for UVC disinfection of water, air and surfaces. Called Klaran, this is the company's first generation disinfection product line. It offers germicidal output powers from 15 mW to 30 mW, suited for use in healthcare, lab water and consumer product applications where health and human safety is of primary importance.
The Crystal IS will also feature three customer use cases of high performance UVC LEDs. These include Chelsea Technologies Group's UviLux, a highly sensitive fluorometer to monitor PAHs including phenanthrene; REACH Devices' RD4 detector, a UV, RI and conductivity monitor for preparative liquid chromatography and FPLC; and Marion Research's Aurorae detector, the world's most compact, low cost OEM detector.
