Court-appointed liquidator invites proposals for purchase of Ammono S.A.

The court-appointed liquidator of Ammono S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej, an insolvent company in liquidation (proceedings no. X GUp 318/15), invites interested offerors to submit written proposals for the purchase of the business of AMMONO S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej with its registered office in Warsaw.

The objective of this auction tender is the sale of the business of AMMONO S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej, to the exclusion of the receivables and financial means including cash in and claims on the bank accounts of AMMONO S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej. The minimum selling price is PLN 20,000,000.00 (twenty million zlotys).

All documents related to the sale process and this tender, including proposals and appendices thereto should be submitted in Polish. An offeror is obliged to pay a security deposit of PLN 1,000,000.00 (one million zloty).

Proposals are to be submitted on or before 22 May 2017, either personally at the registry office of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division (Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy, X Wydział Gospodarczy), ul. Czerniakowska 100A, 00-454 Warszawa, Poland or sent via a registered letter to the Court's address (a letter is deemed effectively served on the date of deliver to the Court and not on the date of posting). Proposals will be reviewed on 24 May 2017 at the courthouse of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, ul. Czerniakowska 100A, room 120 at 1 pm.

The description and assessment of the business, tender rules and financial information (financial statements) are available for viewing at the liquidator's office (address: ul. Kotsisa 2/4 lokal 14, 03-307 Warszawa, phone numbers: 22 8141020 or 22 6145288) upon prior appointment and execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. All available documents are in Polish.
