Riber announces order from India

Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre orders fully-automated research MBE system

Riber has is announced the order of an MBE system from the GAETEC (Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre) research institute, based in Hyderabad, India.
GAETEC has ordered a research fully-automated MBE system, model MBE412, to fit its pilot production line of microwave device materials. This unit at GAETEC will be the first pure play MBE based manufacturing initiative in India.

The MBE412 system allows making epitaxies on 4imch wafer diameter or on multiple 2inch wafer diameter. It is mainly used for the development of new microelectronic or photo-electronic devices, as well as their qualification before going into full production.
