EPC to demo latest GaN tech at APEC 2024
Demos and presentations will cover GaN in applications from robotics to AI servers
EPC will be participating in APEC 2024 (February 25 to 29, Long Beach, California) with a focus on GaN efficiency, reliability, and performance for applications such as DC-DC converters, motor drives, and renewable energy.
The company will have a number of GaN chip demonstrations for applications including robotics, drones, and AI servers. EPC experts will also be giving a series of technical presentations.
On the 28th, John Glaser will present on: 'Ultra-fast switching – the Fastest Power FETs in the Solar System' , and Marco Palma will give a talk on 'Experimental Investigation on Transient Operation in Low-Voltage GaN FET Parallel Connection.'
On the 29th, Shengke Zhang will talk about 'Using Test-to-Fail Methodology to Accurately Project Lifetime of GaN HEMTs in Common DC-DC Converter Topologies' and Andrea Gorgerino will give a presentation on 'Emergence of Artificial Intelligence Requires GaN DC-DCs Highest Performance, Efficiency, and Density.'
