TriQuint s Die and LG s Design Expertise Combine to Make a State of the Art CDMA Power Amplifier Module
HILLSBORO, Ore. TriQuint Semiconductor is pleased to announce that LG Innotek has selected TriQuint s CDMA power amplifier die for use in their CDMA power amplifier modules.
This, and other products for the IS95/98 standard are being designed by TriQuint under a development agreement known as CDMA 345.
The LG module has superior RF performance and is in the process of being designed into several phone models both in Korea and in the rest of the World.

The CDMA PA die has demonstrated a significant improvement in RF performance over the currently available power amplifiers on the market today.
