ANADIGICS' Power Amplifier Chipset Boosts Talk Time In Ericsson's New R300d Tri-mode Wireless Handset

The use of two ANADIGICS power amplifiers (PAs) and amplifier driver has enabled Ericsson to deliver a phone capable of six hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of standby time with a 1400mAh Lithium Ion battery.
