ANADIGICS Ships Production Volumes of PA Chipset For Use In Ericsson's Latest TDMA Handset
PA Chipset Selected for Use in Ericsson s T60d Multi-Mode, Multi-Band Phone

(Nasdaq: ANAD), a leading supplier of wireless and broadband communications solutions, today announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of a power amplifier chipset to Ericsson. The new WAP-enabled Ericsson T60d handset for TDMA networks will be powered with two custom-designed ANADIGICS power amplifiers (PAs) and one of its PA drivers. With voice controls and a joystick for easy web- navigation, the T60d is the latest addition to Ericsson s dual-band, tri-mode product portfolio for extended range.
The news follows on the heels of ANADIGICS announcement that its PA chipsets are also being utilized in Ericsson s recently launched R300d handset.
