Motorola to expand (Headline News)

Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector recently announced plans to phase out two silicon wafer fabrication lines in Mesa, AZ over the next few years. However, the company also stated that it plans to expand production at other facilities, including the CS-1 fab in Tempe, AZ that manufactures GaAs ICs.
