Nanometrics to announce Q1 2010 results on May 6th 2010 with conference call
Financial results to be revealed after close of market and conference call to be held at 5:00pm Eastern time
Nanometrics, manufacturers of process control metrology systems used in the manufacturing of semiconductors, wafer-scale packaging, solar photovoltaics and high-brightness LEDs will announce their first quarter financial results on May 6th 2010.
