Laser 2000 GmbH has reached an exclusive distribution agreement with the US group JDSU Commercial Laser for Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the Baltic states.

For over 20 years, JDSU has designed and manufactured laser components and laser systems for a broad range of OEM applications in biotechnology instrumentation, graphics and imaging, semiconductor inspection, micromachining, solid-state laser pumping and remote sensing.

JDSU laser products include Q-switched, mode-locked, and continuous wave diode-pumped solid-state lasers and industrial diode lasers, as well as ongoing support for helium-neon and argon-ion gas lasers.

“We are very excited to cooperate with Europeans leading experts in distribution, a partnership that offers key benefits for both companies,” says a delighted Denis Rouanet, EMEA Sales Manager JDSU Commercial Laser.
