60W replacement LED Bulb is compatible with Wink, ZigBee and Apple Homekit
Cree has introduced the Connected Cree LED Bulb, a smart LED bulb with multi-platform compatibility.
The new 60-watt replacement Connected Cree LED Bulb is compatible with Wink and ZigBee certified hubs, allowing consumers to control the Connected Cree LED Bulb from anywhere by installing the bulb and compatible hub, syncing the devices and customising the settings using your iOS or Android smartphone.
In this way lights can be be dimmed or brightened to the required setting, or scheduled to come on at the start of each day or to turn off while away for added security.
The Connected Cree LED Bulb is also designed for compatibility with future Cree supported hubs and market-leading platforms such as the Apple HomeKit platform as consumers adopt new platforms for home connectivity.

The bulb will be available at The Home Depot in the USA priced at $14.97 to drive adoption
