Peregrine Expands

San Diego HQ adds third building to accommodate company's growing team

RF silicon on insulator (SOI) company Peregrine Semiconductor has announced the addition of a third building to its Sorrento Valley, California, headquarters.

The new office building, 9339 Carroll Park Drive, Suite 150, is over 18,000 square feet and will accommodate the company's growing workforce. The other two office buildings are at 9369 and 9380 Carroll Park Drive.

"On the heels of our acquisition by Murata last December, we've been tasked with growing our two business units-high performance analogue (HPA) and mobile wireless solutions (MWS)," says Sarah Canfield, Peregrine Semiconductor's director of human resources. "We currently have over 350 employees, but that number is rapidly growing. This new building enables us to have space for our new San Diego hires."

In addition to its San Diego headquarters, Peregrine has offices in Arlington Heights, Illinois; Reading, United Kingdom; Seongnam-si, South Korea; and Shanghai, China and is hiring in all locations.
