SETi launches High Power 275nm SMD LED
Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc (SETi) is launching a new 275nm LED in its SMD family to meet the needs of customers seeking high power from a small footprint.
The new device delivers 30mW of optical power at 350mA and 10mW at 100mA. It has been developed for water sterilization, medical, analytical instrumentation and biochemical analysis.
"Our launch of our high power UV products is part of our strategy to meet our customers need for increasing output power at UV wavelengths nominally 275nm," said Emmanuel Lakios, president and CEO of SETi.
"The launch of the high power UV LED demonstrates our commitment to maintaining our leadership position in the Deep UV LED marketplace and our dedication to SET's continuous product performance program," added Lakios
The new product, called SS35DF227513, is available for sampling and in manufacturing volumes.
