Infineon signs SiC deal with SK Siltron
Agreement strengthens wafer multi-sourcing strategy
Infineon Technologies has formalised an agreement with Korean SiC supplier SK Siltron CSS.
Under the agreement, SK Siltron CSS will provide Infineon with 150mm SiC wafers. In a subsequent phase, SK Siltron CSS will play an important role in assisting Infineon's transition to a 200mm wafer diameter.
