Fujitsu expands LNA MMIC product line (New Devices)
San Jose, CA. Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor has expanded its LNA MMIC line with two new millimeter-wave products. Designed for low noise and high dynamic range applications such as point-to-point or point-to-multipoint radio links and LMDS, both devices offer an output power of up to 9 dBm and 18 dB power gain.
