Custom MMIC publishes GaN and GaAs range

New catalogue includes over 150 MMICs

Custom MMIC, a developer of high-performance MMICs, has announced that its catalogue of standardised GaAs and GaN designs has reached over 150 devices, with 30 new products added in 2018.

New MMICs released in 2018, covering up to 45GHz, include: five GaN and three GaAs LNAs, three driver amplifiers, one GaN power amplifier, one mixer, one digital phase shifter, two distributed power amplifiers, two multipliers, four switches, and eight digital attenuators

“Custom MMIC’s standard product MMIC portfolio is growing rapidly, as we continue to respond to customer requests for high performance, power efficient integrated GaAs and GaN technology” said John Greichen, VP of Sales and Marketing. “We now offer all the key IC functions in a typical microwave signal chain on our easy-to-use website.”
