Six short videos present end-customer applications using eGaN FETs and ICs
Efficient Power Conversion (EPC has created six short videos presenting end-customer applications using eGaN FETs and ICs.
According to the company rhe videos, which are on its website, challenge power systems design engineers to incorporate high performance of GaN FETs and ICs into their next generation power system designs.
The application demonstration videos posted are: APEC 2017 - Applications for GaN; Cut the Cord! GaN-Based Wirelessly Powered Tabletop; LiDAR GaN Driver; 48V to 1.8V DC-DC Conversion Gen 5 GaN FET versus MOSFET; 150V to 12V DC-DC Conversion Gen 5 GaN FET versus MOSFET; and a Motor Drive Application.
