American university orders system to develop dielectric alloys for semiconductor components

Riber, a maker of semiconductor industry equipment, has announced the order for a research MBE system in USA.

A prestigious American university has ordered a research MBE system that will be used for the development of dielectric alloys for semiconductor components.

This order will be delivered in the second half of 2018.
