Two research orders for Riber
Order for two MBE systems from Chinese research institute
Riber, a semiconductor industry equipment firm, is announcing an order for two research MBE systems, model MBE412.
The orders are from a Chinese research institute that is developing solar cells devices.
The MBE412 system allows making epitaxies on 4 inch wafer diameter or on multiple 2 inch wafer diameter. It is mainly used for the development of new microelectronic or photo-electronic devices, as well as their qualification before going into full production.
This new order will be delivered in 2019.
