CST Global appoints Dr. Tiina Delmonte as R and D Programme Manager

News
Dr Tiina Delmonte is involved in next generation technology projects in the UK and European Technology Consortium Programme; customer specific, foundry-based development projects; and production improvement projects for CST Global standard products.

Tiina explains, “I am implementing a Stage Gate approach to new product development, which is known to achieve efficient, flexible, transparent, through-life product development. It links in with our ISO 9001:2015 certification and approval process and helps us to continually develop commercially viable products using industry best-practice, project management processes. I will train and mentor other staff in project management and identify new programme, process and project opportunities for CST Global.”

Prior to her appointment at CST Global, Tiina has worked in Programme Management and in Analysis and Research Engineering roles at Doosan Babcock, Doosan Power Systems and BAE Systems.

Tiina holds a MSci degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering from the University of Glasgow and an EngD in Photonics from Heriot-Watt University.
