Autonomous University of Madrid orders Compact 21 MBE system
Riber, the French semiconductor industry equipment firm, is announcing an order for a research MBE system in Europe.
The Autonomous University of Madrid has ordered a research MBE system, Model Compact 21T. This system will contribute to further strengthen its research capabilities to develop new electronic devices based on III-V materials on silicon substrates.
According to Riber, this order reflects the commercial success of the Compact 21 range, which has become a best-selling research MBE tool.
It will be delivered in 2019.
